I, along with the members of my group can be described as exuberant people. I am very happy and excited all the time about everything. I enjoy building enthusiasm and keeping a cheery environment when possible and adequate.
I will attempt to display that through this blog as well as teach about leadership among other topics.
My group and I recently gave a presentation on Leadership.
I presented on how to become a leader.
The points I explained were the following:
- Manifest conformity to group norms, values, and goals
- Give your group the "spark"
- Avoid " Thou shalt not"
Keep your eyes open! I will be uploading a video explaining these points in detail!
I hope to be able to assist others with their ability to lead, understand group roles, and improve their presentation skills.
" LEAD from the back, and let others believe they are in front" Nelson Mandela
" A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves" Lao Tzu
I believe great leaders are there as guidance. They do not micro manage and are there when you need them. They present possible solutions to problems that may arise. They are knowledgeable of their team's strengths and weaknesses.
I will leave it there, feel free to fully analyze the quotes I provided above. Comment your opinions on anything.
Until next time,
Farewell Leaders of Tomorrow!
I will be posting another blog explaining the types of leadership by the end of this weekend as well as a new video on YouTube.
ReplyDeleteI may finish the video by Saturday the latest.
