Good evening,
I am working on a few videos and blogs based on a leadership seminar I recently took a part of. I have been very busy with work and school.
I am very excited to share the information I have learned with you.
Just a recap, I would like to focus on spontaneity in speeches. A lot of students provide excellent speeches with prior notice, but what if you are asked to give an improvised speech?
Well, first off you have to start with thanking theaudience and asking for a moment. This is for you to take a second to formulate the speech. You can say something along the lines that you want them to take the moment in or "remember the experience".
Usually they only want you to say a few words. So one to three minutes max. You can talk about how your experience has grown thanks to their guidance. Or your excitement for the future. Then wrap up with how you trust in their method and remind them that together we can achieve...
Now this was just a small snippet of what I am working on, soon I will provide more information on how to make you the best presenter at your company.
Until next time, remember we are the leader's of Tomorrow!

Ice Breaker
Welcome to my blog!
This blog will be dedicated to my personal life and be comprised of me following my dream. I plan on sharing my success and areas of growth with you.
My name is Zaida Macias! Zaida is an Arabic name which means the fortunate one. However I have been told it also means grandfather in some languages. Anywho, let me introduce myself. I am twenty one years old. I am a current communication studies major at Santa Ana College. This is my last semester before I transfer.
I currently work for the big mouse Mickey. He is a phenomenal mouse!
I am actively working on improving my lifestyle. I am intrigued by the superhero world but lately my heart is in discord because I find myself rooting for the villains, or in Deadpool's case, the anti-hero.
I began my career as a volunteer for a renown children's hospital for a little over a year. I then went on to learn a few more things as a nurse assistant. I currently am working on my communication skills at Disneyland. Working as a park greeter, I have really improved my public speaking, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. My job is to spiel and relay information to large crowds. My interpersonal skills as well as intercultural knowledge come into play when assisting individuals from different backgrounds. My organizational skills have strengthened since I must maintain a clean work environment while printing and issuing media tickets to guests. I have gained leadership skills through attaining radio responsibility.before it disrupts our efficiency. I am also in charge of assisting with maintaining the area safe for my colleagues and guests. I am to radio a supervisor to alert them of trouble or safety concerns
As a communications major I have learned how to further understand humans and interactions. I actually have been working on a few topics that I believe may assist others in their daily lives as well as at work. If you are interested feel free to check out my YouTube channel or my blog for the exuberant leaders of tomorrow:
here
